Is there a minimum order required to make a purchase?

Yes, the minimum order is €8.00.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay payment.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Yes, usually I need 1-2 months to restock an item.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

I do not do returns or exchanges. But if you have an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact me through this contact form and I will certainly find a solution! 🙂


I am not responsible for lost orders once they are shipped. If your order is sent back to me due to transportation, customs or delivery problems, I can send it again, but I will need you to pay the shipping fee again.


Please make sure that the address you entered is complete and 100% correct so the items will not get lost. Also write it in alphabet letters only (for other languages like Japanese, Chinese, etc).

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

Contact me as soon as possible and I will cancel your order with no charge. Please consider that I can cancel your order only before shipping.

How do preorders work?

Some of the items are tagged as “preorder”. This means that they are new products that have not been produced before with an estimated shipping date. The items still have to be produced, so this type of order usually takes longer than a stock order. Please keep this in mind!

 

If you have placed an order that contains one or more preoder items, the full order will be shipped when I have all the products ready.

What is B-Grade merchandise?

B-Grade merchandise are items with slight manufacturing defects which include: scratches (after protective film is removed), stray marks on the artwork, print imperfections on the tote bags, etc. These minor flaws are typically only noticeable on close inspection, the items are still nice!

Previews of B-Grade items will not be provided, and all sales on B-Grade items are final.

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination. By adding products to your cart and accessing the Shopping Cart page, you can instantly view the shipping charge prior to completing your order.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

If your order does not contain a preorder item, it can take around 1 week to be shipped.

Where does your store ship from? How long does it take to arrive?

Orders are shipped from Italy, using PostNL. Depending on where you order from, estimated arrival times are as follows:

 

Destination Delivery Time
Italy 5 - 6 working days
Europe 12 - 15 working days
Everywhere else 18 - 25 working days

Please bear in mind that during holiday season worldwide postal services work more slowly, so make sure to plan special occasions ahead to improve the chances for on-time delivery.

 

Due to COVID's situation please consider that there will be possible delays in the delivery of products.

Does shipping include tracking? How can I track my order?

Yes, all shipments are tracked. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. After 2 days from shipping you can check your delivery status HERE.
